Best Testosterone Boosters To Take

If you don’t know for sure what testosterone boosters are then read this article and find out what type of substances they are and how they benefit your body.  But if you are involved in bodybuilding activity for a while, have heard something about these agents and are planning to pick up for use but not sure which one is the best - you will find the best recommendation further in this article.

Testosterone is the most powerful androgen, male sex hormone which is found in small amounts in women too. In men, testosterone is fully responsible for big and fast gains in muscle mass. During weight training program testosterone level goes high with almost 40%, meaning a greater muscle development. No other hormone have such powerful influence in building muscle mass.
With the development of nutritional science, were created a number of testosterone boosters to help with not only building and maintaining muscle mass, but also improve body endurance.
Testosterone natural production lowers with aging, so that on your 25 years you are in the peak while starting with 40 testosterone starts to go down.
Diseases caused by decrease of testosterone because of aging:

    Low libido;
    Impotence;
    Sarcopenia (muscle loss with aging);
    Tiredness;
    Memory loss and lack of focus;
    Slower metabolism and fat gains;

Taking testosterone boosters will help you to prevent all these diseases as long as you do it right. Testosterone boosters are drugs, hence if abused of wrongly administered can cause serious side effects.

Drug abuse is the problem of many bodybuilders. They begin to use of one for increasing test level and keep adding other to treat side effects and so one. A vicious circle that has no chance for good finish. Choose one or maximum two of the testosterone boosters we are going to present you, stick with them and progress will be visible soon.

Androstenedione
May increase testosterone production with 600%.
Maybe the most popular testosterone booster on the supplement market at the moment. It presents strong steroids characteristics, but it not a steroid at all.
Unlike anabolic steroids which are  synthetic derivatives of testosterone, Androstenedione is a plant-derivative agent which turn into testosterone when getting in contact with liver enzymes.
How powerful it is? Well, it use cause a spike in testosterone level of about 600%.
The side effects that may occur during its use have to be mentioned too. Since it’s not a steroids, Androstenedione safer with much less side effects.
However, such signs as head hair loss, body hair growth, acne, gynecomastia and increased aggression can be observed in some men after Androstenedione use.
It’s cheaper than other similar substances. Allowed for use for individual older than 21 years old,  for no longer than 6 weeks strictly followed by 4 weeks pause to let the body recover.

Tribulus Terestris
Increase muscle mass, as well as sex drive and erections.
Tribulus Terrestris helps not only to improve muscle mass, but also increase sex drive and erections. It contains natural compound called  saponins which encourage the brain to produce more testosterone.
Timing is not very important, so that you can take it during your breakfast or lunch time. Find other supplements recommendation here: Best supplements for fast muscle gain for muscle insights about.

DHEA (hormone)
DHEA promotes testosterone production because it’s a precursor which body can turn into testosterone. The use of this hormone is recommended over reaching 30 years old because till that moment our body has enough of it. The normal dosage is around 25-50 mg daily and has not to exceed 100 mg.

ZMA
Increase testosterone production with 30%.
Zinc-methionine-aspartate is a  mixture of 30 mg of Zinc, 450 mg of magnesium aspartate and 10.5 mg of Vitamin B6. Studies showed an 30% testosterone increase in individuals taking ZMA.
Essential fats, Glutamine, Creatine, Multivitamins are also very helpful in increasing testosterone level naturally.
Visit bodybuilding forums and take a look on supplements boards. No wonder to find ZMA being quite popular and largely discussed. This is because of easy availability and fair price.
Take it once a day before bedtime.

Bottom line
Whatever of these testosterone boosters you choose, make sure you lifestyle is totally supporting your new goal.
Following a protein rich diet, working out in the gym for at least 2 times a week is the minimum you have to do to to maximize the effects of any of the testosterone boosters you take. Also, don’t forget about getting enough sleep, enough recovery time and stress reduction.

What Luteinizing hormone values tells about natural testosterone production?

How Does Luteinizing hormone (LH) work?
LH is an important hormone produced by the pituitary gland for both men and women. In women, it works as part of the menstrual cycle. In men it serves to maintain and produce testosterone and sperm. It is important to stay within a normal range of secretion in order to keep these body functions working correctly and to ensure the general health of your pituitary gland.
To check secretion levels you can request a blood test. Before you go, be aware that tests results may vary, and getting different results even minutes apart is quite normal. Many people become concerned with the differing levels of normal, as they want to be high normal in their levels of testosterone as opposed to low normal.
While high normal is more effective for your body, low normal is not necessarily bad, especially since levels fluctuate regularly. So do not be surprised if your LH levels vary while your levels of testosterone remain consistent.

The true value of measuring LH using a single measure test
It’s a known truth that LH levels can change from minute to minute. This makes small changes in daily production nearly undetectable through testing. An example from another article (source below) gives a comparison of the LH test represented by judging a better hitter in baseball on one hit.
Will the player who has hit better all season necessarily win? No, but that’s why batting averages are made up of every single at-bat. We must think of LH in the same way. The whole (being at a normal level) is more important than the individual highs and lows within normal.
A variable better suited for that kind of test would be something like “Who has blue eyes” or “Who is younger”. Variables like age and eye color do not change. The nature at which the LH changes makes a single measure much less useful in determining daily levels.,

Why the test is still important
While the test cannot give precise information on miniscule daily rises and falls in LH levels, what it can do is indicate when you are dangerously low.
The test will be able to tell you when your pituitary gland is about to go into hypopituitarism. Considering the range of things controlled by your pituitary gland, such as the thyroid, adrenal gland, ovaries, testes, and kidneys, it important to know if you are below average.
The symptoms of hypopituitarism include abdominal pain, fatigue, loss of body hair, shortened height (if during a growth spurt), vision issues, and weight loss, among others. The test is not made to worry about being high or low normal, but it can keep you safe from larger issues.

What can be done if you’re still wanting higher levels of LH?
The problem with recommending drugs to increase levels of a hormone that is hard to measure is that we really cannot gauge the effectiveness of the drug. Some have tried a DAA supplement regimen, but you’ll really only benefit from that if you are consistently low normal. Since we cannot tell how close to a blood peak each test is, worrying about these levels is unnecessary unless your levels are below average.
As long as your LH and testosterone both read some kind of normal, there is no need for worry. But if you’ve got it in your head that you need some kind of measure, the best you can do it measure how the DAA is affecting your testosterone.

Low Testosterone Myth and Truth

Low testosterone is a conditioned suffered by millions of men and while remedy is readily available the vast majority does little to nothing about it. In some cases it could be laziness but in most it’s simply a lack of education; when you don’t know or understand something the simplest thing in the world can be akin to trying to understand the most complicated aspects of human thought. Even so, while many men remain in the dark increasingly many more are coming into the light so to speak and doing something about their low testosterone problem; after all, it is a condition no man has to live with and once remedied the normal statement is “why didn’t I do this sooner?”

As education has begun to increase so have the myths and lies that surround it, as the only true treatment for low testosterone is anabolic steroids; this should come as no surprise. Many men are so afraid of anabolic steroids they’ll do anything to avoid them even if it means convincing themselves of half-truths; as the old saying goes, it’s not a lie if you believe it but unfortunately it simply doesn’t work this way. In truth, to understand low testosterone and the treatment involved you need to understand anabolic steroids and when you understand them you’ll understand they are not medications in the common sense of the word but rather synthetic hormones identical to the ones you already produce; however, as you now suffer from low testosterone you now produce far less.

Low testosterone can affect a man negatively in a host of ways from ruining his physique, draining his energy, destroying his sexual performance or even desire to a host of other mental and physical problems. Many men often attribute this to age but it doesn’t have to be this way and in-fact, man was not intended to fall into this state; much of it is often brought on by us. While this remains true and taking care of one’s self will aid in keeping testosterone levels adequate many times that is not enough. There are things you can do to aid in remedy in a natural sense but if you truly suffer from low testosterone actual testosterone therapy is going to be the only course of true action.

We have taken some of the most common myths revolving around low testosterone and the treatment thereof and left you with only the truth. While you find there is still much more to learn hopefully you’ll find this to be a good starting point. Each and every myth discussed is taken right from some of the most popular message boards that deal in such discussion but it is here we will put some of these myths to rest.

Myth:
If you suffer from true low testosterone brought on simply by age you can remedy the problem with diet and exercise.

Truth:
It is true, exercise can increase testosterone levels and some foods have been shown to do the same; foods such as eggs and red meat are two very good foods for aiding in such a cause but the increase in testosterone from diet and exercise is so miniscule that for an individual suffering from low testosterone it’s hardly worth mentioning. If you suffer from low testosterone and desire a remedy the only remedy that will aid in your cause is true testosterone therapy.

Myth:
Once you begin testosterone therapy and your levels return to normal you will eventually be able to discontinue therapy and remain at a stable level.

Truth:
If you suffer from true low testosterone you will always suffer from low testosterone; if you are over the age of 40 this is guaranteed and in many cases those over 30 years of age will find the same to be true. However, while continuous lifelong therapy sounds very annoying isn’t it better than low testosterone; of course it is. Now there is an exception to this rule; an individual who has brought low testosterone upon himself due to years of anabolic steroid use may be able to stimulate natural testosterone production again to an adequate level and discontinue therapy once this is achieved; however, while possible it is unlikely. Any individual over the age of 40 will never be able to accomplish this and even a younger individual will have a very difficult time.

Myth:
Low testosterone treatment plans are all the same as the hormone in each is simply that of testosterone.

Truth:
Testosterone therapy can occur in many forms, from injectable and transdermal creams and patches and even subcutaneous pellets implanted under the skin. In the end it is true, with each form of therapy you are receiving the same testosterone hormone but the efficiency and effectiveness of each form varies greatly. Without question injectable testosterone is the most efficient and effective form of testosterone therapy, as through injections the needed testosterone is placed directly into the blood. While transdermal medications will absorb into the blood many men find difficulty in achieving proper levels with this form making it the least desirable of the four. If injections are not an option for whatever reason testosterone implant pellets are a fine choice and often all the testosterone an individual will need.

Effects of Testosterone

The effects of testosterone are truly amazing, as there is almost nothing this primary androgen cannot do. Testosterone is an essential hormone for both men and women, and is one of the most important hormones we produce. Of course, men need ten times the amount women need, literally ten times the amount, but it remains essential to both sexes. To understand the effects of testosterone, we largely only need to understand the effects of low levels, for when we see what happens when levels fall we can see how vital testosterone is to our body. Then of course we have exogenous testosterone, the synthetic version and primary anabolic steroid. Let's take a look at the hormone as a whole, and lead you to understanding the true effects of testosterone.

Testosterone is the primary androgenic hormone of an immense anabolic nature found in both men and women. By its nature, the effects of testosterone are largely responsible for our physical and mental well-being as well as our sexual function. When we do not produce enough testosterone we suffer in numerous ways that can be quite detrimental to our quality of life. No, the effects are not directly life threatening, but they can lead to many serious issues that are indeed life threatening if ignored. In many ways, low levels can be viewed as a gateway to serious complications. As stated, to understand the effects of testosterone we only need to see what low levels can cause, and such effects include:

Loss of Libido
Erectile Dysfunction
Loss of Muscle Mass
Loss of Strength
Increased Body-Fat
Loss of Energy
Loss of Concentration
Depression
Insomnia

As you can already see, testosterone is a very important hormone, but when levels remain low for an extended period of time you can really see how important this hormone is. As stated, low levels can be a gateway to many far more serious problems and they include:

Alzheimer's
Anxiety
Diabetes
High Cholesterol
Infertility
Constant Muscle & Bone Soreness & Pains
Osteoporosis
Polyuria
Exogenous

You now have an idea regarding how important the effects of testosterone are, but what about synthetic testosterone or exogenous? Put simply, exogenous testosterone is the same as the testosterone you make. Once in the body, the body makes no notable distinguishing difference. The hormone will provide the same benefits as the naturally produced; however, with the introduction of exogenous testosterone, natural testosterone is suppressed. With the introduction of exogenous testosterone there is no need for natural testosterone production.

The idea behind exogenous use is quite simple, to provide enough testosterone to fill a deficiency or to enhance performance by increasing levels beyond the normal range. Through this enhancement we really see the effects of testosterone shine For instance, when supplementing to bring levels above baseline normal we enhance several various things within the body which include:
Increased Nitrogen Retention
Increased Protein Synthesis
Increased Red Blood Cell Count
Decreased Glucocorticoid Production
Increased Rate of Recovery
Increased Stamina
Increased Clarity of Thought
Increased Focus
Improved Sense of Well-Being

It doesn't matter who you are, when you look at the above list it's impossible to say the effects of testosterone are not welcomed. Through these effects are quality of life is enhanced, and that is the true effect we are all after regardless of our individual goals.
Adverse Effects

Of course, the use of exogenous testosterone is not without possible problems, "possible" being the key word. When we supplement with exogenous forms for the purpose of hormone replacement this is normally not much of a concern as we are only replacing what our body is no longer making. However, when we go beyond the normal or average range the adverse effects of testosterone can become an issue of concern. The reason for concern is the manner by-which testosterone converts into estrogen via the aromatase process. Through this conversion, as estrogen builds up five possible things can occur:

Gynecomastia
Water Retention
High Blood Pressure
High LDL Cholesterol
Low HDL Cholesterol

To prevent the adverse effects of testosterone, first and foremost we must keep our exogenous doses reasonable. Secondly, we must combat the estrogen conversion, and the best way to do this is through the use of an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI). AI's do exactly what their name implies, they inhibit Aromatase. If the aromatase process is inhibited there is no buildup in estrogen, and further, by its nature an AI will actively reduce the amount of estrogen in the body making the adverse effects of testosterone of little to no concern.

High Testosterone

From magazine adds to TV commercials, with increasingly regularity you hear talk of those suffering from low testosterone. You’ve seen the commercials talking about “Low-T” and the treatment of the condition, but what about high testosterone, what about those suffering from high testosterone? Let’s be clear, if you’re a man with high testosterone you’re not suffering, in-fact, your quality of life is more than likely far greater than the man next to you. To understand this, we only need to understand two things, what testosterone is and what happens when our levels fall. Once we understand these two simple, very simple things, then we can have a grasp on what high testosterone can do for you.

Understanding Testosterone
Testosterone is the primary male hormone, the primary androgen, and by its nature is responsible for male sexual development and the male characteristics. While testosterone is the primary male hormone it is also produced by women, although in far lesser amounts. In either case, with men and women testosterone is essential to our health and function; men simply require more, about ten times the amount. By design, testosterone affects both our physical and mental state, as well as our overall sexual function.

Low Testosterone
Millions upon millions of men worldwide suffer from low testosterone; in the U.S. alone it is estimated to be between 15-20 million. Many women suffer from testosterone related issues too; women who are on birth control often find their levels suppressed, and post-menopausal women often find they have a problem. Even so, it will be men who carry the brunt of the weight and when levels fall rest assured it is no fun for anyone. Low testosterone can cause many unwanted symptoms, including but not limited to:

Loss of Libido
Erectile Dysfunction
Loss of Muscle Mass
Loss of Strength
Depression
Increased Body-Fat
Inability to Lose Body-Fat
Loss of Focus
Loss of Energy
Insomnia
Lethargy

The Reverse
When we have high testosterone levels, we can take the list above and completely flip it around. When we have high testosterone levels, not only will the above symptoms never occur, but regarding each one that area of our life will be improved upon. No, this does not automatically mean those with high testosterone will be behemoths of muscle and strength, training and diet will still dictate this end. However, men with high testosterone will be in better shape, enjoy a higher quality of life and simply possess a better sense of well-being. Men with high levels can expect the following:

Increased Muscle Mass
Increased Strength
Decreased Body-Fat
Increased Clarity of Thought
Increased Energy
Enhanced Mood
Increased Libido
Better Rest
Increased Rate of Recovery

Obtaining High Levels
There is no set in stone normal testosterone level. As individuals, we all produce varying amounts of the hormone, and the amounts naturally produced can vary dramatically from person to person. In any case, in most therapeutic circles a total testosterone reading of 300ng/dl or below is considered low with anywhere from 500ng/dl-700ng/dl being considered adequate. As you can see, that’s quite a variation.

In any case, we can describe high testosterone as any amount above your baseline average, and to obtain it there is only one true way; anabolic androgenic steroids. If you desire high testosterone levels you will need to supplement with the primary anabolic steroid testosterone. If you need more gas in your car then guess what, you need to put gas in the car, and if you want more testosterone in the body you’re going to have to give the body testosterone. There are certain foods you can eat that will naturally stimulate production and there are a few testosterone boosting supplements, but to obtain true high levels, pure exogenous testosterone is the only way.

5 Testosterone Myths

Thanks to stories about doping Olympic athletes, Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens, the words "testosterone" or "steroids" create unsavory associations. However, testosterone is a key hormone that has numerous important and beneficial functions in men. In fact, if it weren't for testosterone, all little boys would be born with a labia instead of a scrotum! In adults, testosterone is important for normal sexual function, sperm production, as well as muscle development and tone. In my work as a urologist at Men's Health Boston, I treat men with infertility (i.e., vasectomy reversal) and sexual problems. Many of these men are diagnosed with low levels of testosterone, or what I call "low T."

Low T can also cause chronic fatigue, depression, and reduced muscular/athletic performance. Treatment with testosterone can improve erections and sex drive, restore muscle and reduce fat, and increase energy and motivation. I have written a book, Testosterone for Life (McGraw-Hill), to help men figure out if they have low T, and if so, how best to obtain treatment. New evidence suggests that normal testosterone levels are important for reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and men with normal levels live longer than men with low T. However, stories about cheating athletes and muscle-crazed bodybuilders have given testosterone a bad name, and have created a number of myths. Here are five of the most common testosterone myths.
1- Testosterone is an illegal drug
Nope; testosterone is a perfectly legal prescription medication. It is also a key hormone present in every man that is responsible for fetal development of the male genitalia, the physical changes that occur during male puberty, and that contributes to a variety of functions in the adult man including sperm production, erections, sex drive, muscle tone, and bone health, among others. Testosterone is only illegal when it's used without a physician’s prescription. However, many sports organizations have strict rules regarding substances such as testosterone that may influence athletic performance. Athletes who violate the rules of their sport are cheating, and lying about it to Congress may lead to prison time.
2- Testosterone is a steroid, and steroids are dangerous
Testosterone is a steroid, but that doesn’t make it dangerous. In fact, we’re all naturally loaded with various kinds of steroids. The word "steroid" simply refers to a molecule with a “backbone” of four rings of carbon —  examples include estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, and even cholesterol. Clearly, when an athlete tests positive for “steroids,” no one is concerned that he injected himself with cholesterol. In the sports world, the word “steroid” is shorthand for an “anabolic steroid hormone,” meaning steroids that specifically act to build muscle and bone, like testosterone. Whereas testosterone has been shown to be relatively safe, even at high concentrations, there is almost no information at all about the safety of the newer “designer” steroids produced to escape detection in drug testing.
3- Testosterone causes uncontrollable violent behavior
There is absolutely no reliable evidence that testosterone causes “’roid rage” or any type of violent, aggressive or uncontrollable behavior. No violence, aggression or unpredictable behavior has been seen in studies where men were administered testosterone, even at extremely high doses. In fact, the opposite appears to be true; many men with low T describe being more irritable, or having a short fuse, and this often improves with normalization of testosterone levels. A recent patient treated with testosterone told me that his wife found him “unbearable” to be around before he was diagnosed with low T and subsequently treated; “I’m a nicer guy now,” he said.
4- Testosterone causes prostate cancer
New evidence conclusively shows that men with higher levels of testosterone are at no greater risk of developing prostate cancer than men with low testosterone. Moreover, treating men with testosterone has not been shown to cause any increased risk of prostate cancer either. The basis for this myth originated from studies in the 1940s in which men with metastatic prostate cancer showed benefits when they were castrated. It appears that the only men at risk for prostate cancer growth with higher testosterone are men who have already been castrated. An exciting, but controversial, development is the use of testosterone to treat symptomatic men with low T who have undergone prior therapy for prostate cancer (I have a special chapter on this in my book, Testosterone For Life).
5- Higher testosterone causes baldness
On average, men with male pattern baldness have the same testosterone levels as men with a full head of hair. Baldness seems to be genetically determined. The confusion arises because medicines like finasteride (Propecia) that block conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) can prevent or treat baldness. Since only very small amounts of DHT are needed by the scalp to do what the genes tell them to do (in this case, lose hair), men who are pre-destined to pull a Kojak will do so whether their T concentrations are high or low.

Long-Term Use of Clomid or Nolvadex to Increase Testosterone Levels

If Testosterone levels are low-normal is it normal to use Clomid or Nolvadex instead of injecting testosterone?

This could be done, but there is a lot of NO.

There’s one small study where men with low fertility took Clomid at 100 mg/day for a year, and they had good results and no problems. So it’s not that there’s no medical evidence at all for somewhat long term Clomid use, but it’s very limited.

There have been many women who have taken Nolvadex continuously for years, and there was a period where doctors were prescribing it as a prophylactic for women who were at inherited risk for breast cancer.

However, more caution is being applied to that use now, because Nolvadex is very slightly carcinogenic itself, as is Clomid. And so it becomes a benefit to risk question.

For standard PCT use, the exposure is fairly limited, only a relatively few weeks per year. There’s probably more risk of dying from a coconut hitting you in the head than from using Clomid or Nolvadex for PCT. And the benefit, proper HPTA recovery, is very considerable. So I strongly feel that the risk-benefit equation works out for this use.

However, using either of these drugs 52 weeks per year for decades on end would cause far more exposure, and there would be absolutely no benefit that can’t instead be achieved with ongoing HCG use and control of estradiol level with an antiaromatase, or often even only with an antiaromatase. Don’t use a SERM chronically.

Why You Get Big On Testosterone…

Of course everybody knows that test is the best! After all, of all the single innovations in bodybuilding over the past 30 years, the "innovation" of taking tons of testosterone is the biggest reason bodybuilders are "75 pounds more muscular" than they were 30 years ago.

Anyway, here's how testosterone works to build so much muscle... First, increased "test levels" dramatically increase IGF-1 level and this alone is enough to put on 20 pounds in some cases. However, the vast majority of the muscle growth inducing capabilities of testosterone are due to its ability to travel into the nucleus of the muscle cell and trigger cellular messengers (these are called RNA). This then triggers what's called "transcription" or the duplication of new DNA (proteins) which eventually wind-up as more muscle on your arms and legs!

But here’s the kicker! Testosterone therapy, according to both Dan Duchaine and Paul Borreson, over time leads to more testosterone receptor development. So this is like a multiplying effect of taking testosterone over a few cycles! So, as you can imagine, more testosterone receptors in the muscle cell means you get "exponential" muscle growth from testosterone therapy over a period of time.

And then of course there's the synergy of increased IGF-1 and testosterone. So as you can plainly see, testosterone is truly the best!

Increase Testosterone

As we largely understand, testosterone is a hormone naturally produced by the human body imperative not only for male characteristics and sexual function but equally important as it pertains to the muscle game and athletic performance. While each individual naturally produces testosterone to varying degrees when we increase testosterone we inevitably increase the efficiency of many of these functions. Conversely, when our levels decrease the opposite is said; therefore it should go without saying, to increase testosterone will always be the more desirable end. Yes, when we increase testosterone we do increase the possibility of certain side-effects and risks but this is largely dependent on the manner in-which we perform the process. While there are many safe and natural ways we can achieve this end, synthetic administration, while a greater risk will always prove to be far more potent and effective. Lets discuss each option, examine the risk to reward ratios and in the end leave you with the ability to make an informed decision on your own.
Naturally Increase Testosterone:

There are several factors that affect our natural testosterone levels, most notably age but there are steps we can take to stave off a decline and in some cases increase testosterone production. While a healthy lifestyle has been proven time and again to achieve this end, certain foods when taken in on a regular basis can provide an added edge. While these foods will not have the effect provided by synthetic application they will in-fact boost your natural production. Foods that will increase testosterone to the greatest degree include:

    Whole Eggs
    Red Meat
    Olive Oil
    Nuts

While each of these foods will increase testosterone there are other foods we must mention that can aid in this effect. As we understand, when the hormone estrogen is produced in higher levels our levels of testosterone necessarily go down. Certain foods have been shown to have the ability to reduce estrogen production, thereby protecting the ratio of production between the two hormones in a positive manner; foods that will aid in this protection and lead to a body that can increase testosterone to a greater degree include:

    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Brussels Sprouts
    Cabbage

Every food listed above will help in your effort to increase testosterone naturally and diets that are built around these foods in-part will get the job done.
Testosterone Treatment only $199/month All-Included
Synthetically Increase Testosterone:

There are many options in-which we may choose to increase testosterone but the only 100% effective and efficient method is through the use of anabolic steroids, most importantly synthetic testosterone. While all anabolic steroids of a testosterone nature are simply that of testosterone, there are many forms from which we may choose; the difference largely revolving around their activity levels in-terms of active duration in the body.

In general there are two prominent purposes for using synthetic testosterone; the treatment of low testosterone and as a means to increase athletic performance. Regardless of the reason the same synthetic hormone will be applied, however, the doses of will be the main difference. In either case it will only take a small dose to achieve the desired end, however when we increase testosterone for performance enhancing purposes we will largely use much higher doses, commonly referred to as supraphysiological doses. Within these supraphysiological doses this is where the game really begins to change; while such doses will provide the greatest reward they will also open the door for the greatest possible risks. No, there is no way to predict if such risk will prove to become a reality in you, it is largely individualistic but the greater the dose the greater the risk of possible side-effects, this much is certain. The most common problematic side-effects include:

    Gynecomastia
    High Blood Pressure
    Increased LDL Cholesterol (Bad Cholesterol)
    Decreased HDL Cholesterol (Good Cholesterol)

As these are the most common negative side-effects there are many positive attributes we must take into consideration and when we increase testosterone it is for these very reasons many are willing to take the risk

    Increased Muscle Mass
    Increased Strength
Increased Recovery (The Body's Ability to Repair Damage Caused by Exercise)
    Decreased Body-Fat
Cortisol Reduction (Cortisol, a Stress Hormone that Destroys Muscle Tissue and Promotes Fat Storage)

While there are other positive attributes that may be achieved when we increase testosterone in the body, these are by in-large the most prominent and most highly desired.
Increase Testosterone Safely and Effectively:

When we increase testosterone through natural means we will always be taking the safest rout possible, however, the effectiveness will vary with each individual. As this effectiveness will vary we can confidently say it will never reach levels close to what synthetic increases can achieve. For this reason synthetic administration for many will be the most desirable, especially for athletes in any sport or pursuit. In order for these athletes to remain safe and still achieve the higher effect they desire, responsible use will be of the utmost importance. Keeping doses reasonable, while still maintaining a healthy diet that will promote proper cholesterol and blood pressure readings is paramount. Further, in order to combat possible aromatizing effects such as Gynecomastia, many will find the use of aromatase inhibitors to be very important. Beyond these factors the most important of all is personal education; educate yourself on the ins and outs of this very powerful yet very effective hormone. As youve found yourself on steroid.com with an interest to increase testosterone in your own body you have found yourself in the perfect place. Here you will find all the information you need and every last question answered.

Drugs and Synthetic Compounds as Testosterone Boosters

Science and medicine has made vast headway in the development of synthetic compounds that can effectively be utilized as Testosterone boosters, which can provide effective treatment for those experiencing low Testosterone (hypogonadism and andropause). The compounds include the primary two categories:

- SERMs (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators)
- AIs (Aromatase Inhibitors)

Some of these synthetic compounds can be obtained legally over the counter (OTC) in supplement stores, and others are available via prescription-only. The difference between many of these compounds, whether or not they are prescription or OTC, is that of a variation in strength. There exist, for example, very strong aromatase inhibitors such as Femara (Letrozole), while there are more mild aromatase inhibitors such as 6-OXO (4-AT), which is available over the counter in many places in supplement stores.

SERMs: These are synthetic compounds that are generally non-steroidal in nature, and are instead commonly triphenylethylene compounds. They include products such as Nolvadex (Tamoxifen), Clomid (Clomiphene), Fareston (Toremifene), Evista (Raloxifene). All of these serve to block Estrogen at Estrogen’s objective receptor sites in various particular tissues (specifically breast tissue). This procedure is known as Estrogen antagonism, which is the terminology describing the Estrogen blocking activity of these compounds whereby they will bind to Estrogen’s target receptors and then essentially force Estrogen out of the receptor sites, or prevent Estrogen from being able to bind to its target receptor sites. This is what is known as Estrogen antagonism. In other tissues, they serve to function as Estrogen agonists, such as within liver tissue, where they exert Estrogenic effects on their own accord in these areas. Some positive effects can be seen from such effects, for example the positive cholesterol changes that Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) exhibits when it acts as an Estrogen agonist in the liver. Specifically for the purpose of acting as a Testosterone booster, many of these SERMs, to varying degrees, will function as Estrogen antagonists at receptors located at the pituitary gland, which will result in a stimulation of gonadotropin (LH and FSH release), and as a result, Testosterone levels will ultimately increase. SERMs are in fact used as a frequent treatment for HPTA recovery within medicine due to their Estrogen antagonistic actions on the pituitary gland, which consequently results in a Testosterone boosting effect through their process in causing stimulation of the Leydig cells of the testes.

AIs: Aromatase inhibitors are synthetic compounds, whereby some might be steroidal in nature and others might not be. These are compounds such as Aromasin (Exemestane), Arimidex (Anastrozole), Femara (Letrozole), and Proviron (Mesterolone) as well as many other compounds that can be available both OTC as well as prescription-only. Each of these compounds disable the cause of rising Estrogen levels at the root: aromatization. Aromatization, as previously mentioned in this article, is a metabolic process in which Testosterone (or any androgen with the capability of experiencing this procedure) is converted into Estrogen by means of contact with the aromatase enzyme. The aromatase enzyme is the sole cause for aromatization, and this enzyme will becomes inhibited (or disabled) by the aforementioned aromatase inhibitors. Some of these inhibitors will only disable the aromatase enzyme temporarily, such as Arimidex and Letrozole, while others will inhibit the enzyme permanently, such as Aromasin and 6-OXO (4-AT), which are known as suicidal inhibitors. Many of these aromatase inhibitors will vary in strength from very mild, such as Proviron, to very strong, such as Letrozole. In terms of their Testosterone boosting effects, AIs will adjust and stimulate the negative feedback loop of the HPTA by way of plummeting total blood plasma levels of Estrogen. As previously mentioned in this article, if excess Estrogen is detected in the bloodstream, the hypothalamus will respond through the negative feedback loop by way of signaling a reduction of Testosterone production, however, if Estrogen levels are unusually lower than standard physiological levels, it causes an antagonizing effect whereby the HPTA will generate higher levels of Testosterone. Studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of these compounds on boosting Testosterone, where some aromatase inhibitors have increased serum Testosterone levels in test subjects by 58% above baseline, while other studies on other aromatase inhibitors have increased it upwards of 60% or greater, and some as great as 84% and even 90%.

Testosterone Hormone Therapy

If you have fatigue, poor concentration and erectile dysfunction, low testosterone hormone therapy may help. Just don't call it the fountain of youth.

Want to pump up your sex drive and muscles, boost your mood and motivation, and have the concentration and energy levels of a college undergrad? It's true that for guys who have low testosterone (Low T) hormone therapy can help address symptoms such as fatigue and erectile dysfunction, but it's not the fountain of youth and it shouldn’t be treated as an elixir for men looking to reclaim the vigor of their school years. Declining testosterone levels are a normal part of aging and don't always warrant treatment.

Be Sure It's Really Low T

Are you tired, irritable, and/or disinterested in all the things that once brought you joy, including sex? If you suspect you have low testosterone, your doctor can order a blood test, but only after ruling out other causes, such as depression, says Robert Brannigan, a urologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and associate professor of urology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Many symptoms of Low T, such as fatigue and erectile dysfunction, mimic depression or present as a side effect of heart disease, obesity, or other health condition. It's important to figure out if an underlying medical condition, such as an autoimmune disorder, is causing your low testosterone.

Is Testosterone Hormone Therapy Right for You?

According to Brannigan, testosterone levels vary widely from one man to the next. Healthy men can have testosterone levels between 270 and 1,070 ng/dL. "There are very few absolute indications for treating low testosterone," he says.

In other words, treating is optional. In his practice, Brannigan follows the The Endocrine Society's recommendations: If a man doesn't have evidence of breast cancer or untreated prostate cancer; his testosterone levels are below 300; and he's bothered by symptoms of low testosterone, he's a candidate. While there's no doubt that treatment can improve the quality of life for men with low testosterone levels, there's no consensus on whether it's beneficial to men who aren't suffering from so-called "male menopause."

Benefits and Risks of Testosterone Hormone Therapy

Bringing testosterone levels back to normal can boost energy, muscle mass, bone density, and concentration. It can also help with erectile dysfunction. Hormone therapy may even alleviate symptoms of depression. But it's not without risks.

Testosterone hormone replacement therapy may encourage prostate growth and increase your risk of prostate cancer. Testosterone also lives up to its red-blooded reputation by driving red blood cell production. According to Brannigan, this can make the blood too thick and increase the risk for stroke. Other less-serious side effects include unwanted body hair, acne, breast enlargement, and fluid retention.

Low T Treatment Options

Several vehicles deliver the right amount of testosterone to replacement therapy patients:

Steroids injections, usually once every two to three weeks
Daily patches worn on the body or scrotum
Topical gels applied daily to the shoulders, arms, or abdomen

It takes at least eight weeks for testosterone therapy to take effect, and because there's no cure for Low T, men generally require ongoing treatment, Brannigan says. Because of the risks of testosterone therapy, you'll need to follow up with your doctor regularly.

Low Testosterone and Your Sex Life

Having a low testosterone level can affect your energy level and your mood. Most men who have low testosterone also report having a diminished sex drive and trouble getting and maintaining an erection, also called erectile dysfunction. Low testosterone is a common condition that's often overlooked because its symptoms are similar to those of many other health issues. Despite the impact that it can have on their lives and sexual relationships, most men with low testosterone are not getting treated.

Studies have suggested that 2 million to 13 million men in the United States have low testosterone, with increasing age as the primary risk factor. Decreased energy, loss of sex drive, or libido, and erectile dysfunction are the three most common symptoms of low testosterone.

The Impact of Low Testosterone on Your Sex Life

"Testosterone is essential to sexual function, through effects on both the brain and sexual organs. Studies demonstrate a reduction in frequency, amplitude, and rigidity of erection in men with low testosterone. Testosterone also affects energy level, which may contribute to a decreased interest in sex," says Dr. Fenig.

Many men with type 2 diabetes also have symptoms of low testosterone, and yet a survey released by the American Diabetes Association found that many men with low testosterone and erectile dysfunction were unaware that they had a treatable condition and felt frustrated, but had not talked about the issue with their doctors or sexual partners.

Talking to Your Partner About Low Testosterone

For many men, sex is a difficult issue to talk about with their spouse or partner. Many men feel embarrassed and may lack the skills to bring up these issues.

“While some men are uncomfortable discussing sexual issues with their partner, it can be comforting to know there may be a medical reason for decreased libido or energy,” Fenig says. "This affects the sex life of both partners and becomes a ‘couples’ issue. For that reason, men should be encouraged to discuss their feelings with their partners and, if diagnosed with low testosterone, discuss potential treatment options."

Here are some other tips that can help:

Your partner’s worried, too. If you have noticed a problem with your sex life, your partner probably has, too. He or she may interpret this as a lack of interest — or a sign of interest in someone else. The longer you delay getting the problem out in the open, the more damage it can do to your relationship.
Find the right time. It's best to tell your partner ahead of time that you have an important concern, and then plan a time when you can talk in total privacy without interruptions.
Get the facts. If you're reading this, you already have some information to work with. Low testosterone is a medical problem, not a sign of weakness, and in most cases, it can be treated. The more you and your partner know about low testosterone, the easier it is to deal with.
Work together. Low testosterone is a health issue you can address together. You may want to ask your partner to go with you to your doctor's appointment. Develop a plan of action and get started.

“Most men will be surprised about how willing their partner is to discuss sexual matters with them and how supportive they can be through the treatment process," Fenig notes. "In addition, previously unrecognized issues regarding female sexual dysfunction may be present, which can also be evaluated by an appropriate specialist."

If you're an older man, you may think a decreased interest in sex is normal. But although there is a gradual decline in testosterone as men age, any loss of interest in sex can be a sign of a medical problem and should be discussed with your doctor. It is not an inevitable part of growing older.

Getting Help for Low Testosterone

"If a man suspects he is experiencing low testosterone, it’s important he see a physician, as there are many ways to diagnose and treat the condition,” says Fenig. “I have had success treating low testosterone and erectile dysfunction patients with testosterone supplementation using gel, patches, or injectable anabolic steroids. Combining supplementation with medications for erectile dysfunction often results in optimal improvement in sexual wellness."

How to Increase Testosterone

Testosterone - the main male sex hormone. Simply put, the man would not be a man without this hormone. Testosterone is responsible for the potency and stimulates muscle growth.

Nutrition Research Center, and the problem of aging in the United States found that in men over 30 years of muscle mass decreases by about 1% per year. And the lower the level of testosterone in the blood, the more a man is losing muscle mass.

However, most interestingly, while it increased waist circumference. Beer belly of a man is the catalyst of low testosterone levels. It causes drowsiness, decreased performance and sexual desire.

And although the production of testosterone is regulated genetically, you have the opportunity to influence this process. Our tips will help you slow down the loss of testosterone, thereby allowing you to be in great shape for years to come.

Go to GYM
Increase the level of testosterone can, performing various exercises in the gym such as squats, bench press from the chest or doing exercises with dumbbells. You should work more with heavy objects and less to run.

Sleep
It was in deep sleep produced most of the sex hormones, and if you keep enough sleep, all the measures taken to increase testosterone levels, will be in vain. Healthy sleep should last about 7-8 hours. Research at the University of Chicago have shown that testosterone levels drop by 15% if the subjects slept 5 hours a day. Therefore, it is important to provide sleeping conditions for maximum production of testosterone.

Give up alcohol
Studies show that excess alcohol accelerates the conversion of testosterone and other androgens into estrogens (roughly speaking, the male hormones in the female). If you want to maximize the production of testosterone, avoid excess weight set - Reduce consumption of alcohol.

Have sex
A group of male subjects was measured testosterone levels before, during, and after watching pornographic films. The highest rates by an average of 35% more than normal were recorded in 60-90 minutes after the end of the film. Thus, erection helps to increase testosterone levels. So you homework - to have sex more often.

Try to win
Not for nothing called the hormone testosterone winners. Even the small and insignificant victory boosts testosterone levels for some time. Therefore, participating in various tournaments and rejoice the victory.

Do not save on calories
The men who took only 1800 calories a day and led an active life, testosterone levels fell by 40-50% within five days. "So do not save on calories, because they lack the body will perceive as hunger and begin to slow down the production of testosterone," - says Tara Gidus, a sports nutritionist NBA team, "Orlando Magic".

Add fat
Proteins, fats, carbohydrates - is the foundation of power, without which there is no biochemical process. Fat - a source of cholesterol, which is required for the synthesis of testosterone. So you definitely need to include meat in your daily diet.

Do not forget about vitamins
A special role in the synthesis of testosterone plays vitamins C, E, F (omega-3 and omega-6) and vitamins of group B. Vitamin C, F, and B are involved in the synthesis, and Vitamin E protects against decay testosterone molecule. These vitamins are found in citrus fruits, rose hips, black currants, fish oil, avocados, nuts. So include these foods in your diet.

Testosterone And Doping Tests

How to establish the fact of doping? In case are registered metabolite peaks of nandrolone and stanozolol  - it is doping positivity because those peaks should not be observed at all. If was detected peak of testosterone, how to distinguish natural endogenous testosterone from synthetic exogenous one? There was no answer to this question for quite a long time, and up to 1984 testosterone as doping could not be detected.

Though it was known that after testosterone administration its concentration gets increased then smoothly lowers, but this change may be found during laboratory tests. Doping control has just one test where this concentration is investigated. Measure of this one concentration cannot be used to make doping test, because natural testosterone is found in urine of men and women in a  quite large concentration diapason from 10 to 100 nanogram per milliliter.

Professor Manfred Donike, the founder and director of Institute of Biochemistry at the German Sport University in Cologne - world famous antidoping laboratory., was first who started to detect testosterone. He learned to synthesize chemical agent MSTFA which transformed molecules of testosterone, anabolic steroids and metabolites into compounds easy to investigate.

Then Donike took an important decision and started to measure not concentration of testosterone but the correlation of oncentrations of testosterone (Т)  and epitestosterone (E) – its natural isomere whose origins were not known. Injecting testosterone changed dramatically the correlation T to E. As the entity was taken the norm of correlation T\E.

Natural And Synthetic Testosterone

Testosterone occupies a special place among anabolic steroids. It is a synthetic analogue of primary natural steroid, which has the same structure as male sex hormone testosterone, and it was identified as early as 1935. Experiments with testosterone were made in 40s and 50s and there are grounds for believing that many sportsmen used it.

Today testosterone effects are thoroughly studied. It gives frank anabolic effects which means increase of muscle mass. Testosterone also acts over nervous system relieving from fatigue and increasing common tonus and disposition. Bodybuilder may observe these effects after several injections containing 50mg testosterone in form of organic acid, for example, propionic acid. There are injections with very big dose of testosterone of 250mg.

Last years has appeared testosterone in form of tablets 20 - 50mg. Probably this is the only anabolic steroid which is used just before start. Side effects from long testosterone administration are well known: it systematically nhibits production of male natural testosterone. In women hair starts growing on face, and their voice becomes rough.

Testosterone at first sight is a very simple drug, however, it remains one of most difficult problems in anti-doping control. The problem of reliable determination of testosterone as doping always existed and even today it is not solved yet.

Natural testosterone circulates in the blood, actively matabolizes turning into 17-keto-metabolites such as androsterone and its derivatives. These metabolites are washed away with urine that is used for making anti-doping tests. In urine remains less testosterone. Practically, little or nothing of it. Synthetical testosterone also is involved into intensive metabolism and as a result it also disappears from the body.

Men's Health

It is considered that men's health is about andrology and urology, but in fact the issue is much broader.

Testosterone is a hormone which makes a man. Testosterone in male body works on male genitalia, prostate gland, seminal vesicles, epididymis, penis; activates metabolism of fats, proteins, cholesterol, microelements; normalizes spermatogenesis, stimulates sexual manifestations and other processes.

Testosterone mainly has its effects on formation and activation of male libido, sexual arousal and also intensity of orgasm. With age (starting from 30 years old) in male body testosterone level decreases. At this time, do start problems with health, muscles stop growing, and instead, grows belly and do appear wrinkles.

Testosterone deficiency has negative effects on almost all organs and systems in male body. Testosterone is called “hormone of happiness” and its deficiency affects not only physical and emotional condition of a male – he experiences bad mood, depressions and unmotivated pessimism. Also, gradually decreases the ability for intellectual thinking along with working ability and physical endurance, and besides this, sexual activity lowers.

Most men note symptoms of sexual disorder such as erectile dysfunction. Most often men think it is sign of male weakness or the result of aging. However, in fact, erectile dysfunction is the result of vessel walls disorder in the whole male body and not only in penis. Major changes occur in next systems: cardiovascular, urogenital, central nervous system, musculoskeletal system, and skin. Coronary disease signs show that it is primary stage of circulation disorder not only in pelvic organs but also in whole cardiovascular system and other organs. Unfortunately, usually patients seek doctor's advice quite late.

What symptoms should put you on the alert?

  • excessive sweatiness
  • frequent palpitation
  • easy fatigability
  • disturbance of memory
  • production loss
  • sleeping disorder
  • hair loss
  • wrinkles
  • sexual activity lowering
It is very important to stop timely testosterone level drop in order to slow down developing damage of vessels. You should see doctors (andrologist, cardiologist) regularly for preventive examinations.

Andropause (Male Menopause)

Why men drop testosterone levels with age?
In blood appears specific protein binding sex hormones and this leads to testosterone lowering. It results in late onset hypogonadism.

Natural testosterone drop may be stopped but you have to work at it. How? Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't gain weight, make regular exercises, lead a healthy lifestyle. It is difficult to follow all these directions, but you must make every effort to achieve great results.

Late onset hypogonadism also is called andropause or male menopause.
As in females, this condition is showed with the next symptoms:
  • hot flashes
  • hyperirritability
  • fatigue
  • insomnia
  • depression
  • heart pains
  • poor libido
  • increasing abdominal fat
  • breast increase
  • decrease of hair growth on face

Sex Drive In Men

One in four men in the world over 40 faces problems with potency. However, no one would uncover this secret to public.

Male may be triple Noble prize winner, but not less achievement he considers good potency and ability to maintain active sex life till aging. And for a good reason one of male organs is called manhood. “If the manhood does not work, most men see no point in life at all.” - declared Jan Erdly from European Association of Urology on Men's Health World Congress in Milano.

What differs real man from just a male is hormone testosterone. Simply put, male drive directly depends on rate of this hormone in the blood. Normally, male body produces several milligrams of testosterone daily which is enough to maintain and work on the whole body. Testosterone also is responsible for secondary sexual characteristics such as hair growth on face and body and base voice.

Testosterone is a key hormone in sex drive (libido), erection, sexual behavior and semen formation. The hormone testosterone also controls the development of muscles because it stimulates protein production in them. Without testosterone cannot work cardiovascular, nervous, circulatory and urinary systems in male body.  Testosterone has an effect on working capacity, creative potential, memory, mood and even character of a male.

Starting from 30 years, rate of testosterone lowers by 1 – 2% each year. As a result, by 50 – 55 years in male remains only half of the amount which he had in his youth. Some specialists say that the less testosterone is left, the shorter path to death is, because there exists direct connection between the testosterone rate and hypertension, diabetes, coronary disease and other diseases.

However, potency lowering and failures in sexual life (erectile dysfunction) worry males more than hypertension. And exactly fear of impotency makes males go to the doctor. However, most males first try to solve problem by themselves by following recommendations of their friends, and as a result other problems are added to the existing ones.  In women the situation is different. When women feel bad, they go to the doctor at once. Generally, they have no time to be ill, because they must take care of children.

Men must go to the doctor at once they realize they have erection problems. Here you must know that problems with erection talk about vessels condition. In male penis vessels are most subtle and narrow, that is why their work is most significant. Erectile dysfunction shows that male already has problems with cardiovascular system. Also latent diabetes is not excluded. So here the urologist would help. He would recommend to make test on hormones and sugar, consult cardiologist.

Male Libido Facts

What should modern male make to maintain his sexual drive for a longer time?

Andrologists claim that each male has sexual potential for 15 women and not just for one. They say this reserve of sexual drive helped humanity to survive.

Potency decrease in 60% cases is connected with various diseases, 30% cases are caused by fears and incorrect partner's behaviour, 10% cases have mixed causes.

Wine arouses desire but makes it impossible to realize it. 50 gramms of strong drink daily leads to potency decrease. To assimilate alcohol, liver actively uses male hormone testosterone and turns it into female hormone estrogen. With age, potency decreases in males, instead - their breast increases.

Nicotine kills desire. The experiment, which involved 3,000 men aged 25 – 35,  revealed that smokers make sex fewer than 6 times a month, and in comparison with them, non-smoker males make sex two times more often.

Life behind the wheel and daily road jolting lead to disturbed circulation in genitalia and congested prostate inflammation. When you have no possibility to drive on good roads, you must choose good and comfortable cars which would protect you from unnecessary vibration.

Males should not consume more than 100 gramms of soymeals daily because they contain phytoestrogens which are similar to female hormone estrogen. Their excesses aggravates sperm quality and may cause infertility.

Researchers from Harvard claim that chemicals of phthalate group containing in perfumes and creams may cause impotence. Use organic cosmetics without chemicals.

Testoserone production achieves maximum at 25 – 30 years. With age it reduces by 1-2% annually and by 80 years is 40% of 25-th year old male! But it never goes down to zero!

Sperm of males who use cell phones more than four hours daily loses 30% of its best properties. Microwaves radiated by cell phones reduce amount and movability of sperm.

Only 10% of males with potency problems go to the doctor. Other 90% refuse from sexual life considering themselves impotents. However, andrologists say that there are thousand and one ways to bring back sexual drive!

Testosterone Rate In Male Body

Medical officers determined that testosterone rate in male body varies greatly throughout the day. The highest rate of this hormone is at 4 AM and lowest rate at 5 PM. However, there exist particular norms of testosterone rate in a male.

Excess amount of testosterone is harmful for a male as well as its deficiency. Usually men with androgynous failure are diagnosed at the early age, or vise versa, it is found in men over 45. It may be inherent or acquired after treatment of male diseases.

Special analysis helps to detect testosterone rate in the body. However, body shows it lacks testosterone with next symptoms:
- men feels upset
- no sexual desire
- apathy
- loss of muscle mass
- bad mood
Males experiencing these symptoms should go to the doctor.

Main causes of testosterone rate lowering:
- bad ecology
- alcohol
- smoking
- stress
- sedentary lifestyle
- male diseases

It is not a secret that testosterone rate may be increased with the help of medications. For example, sportsmen take such medications to increase their muscle mass quickly in order to get desirable athletic body. But andrologists strictly prevent from self-treatment when the talk is about hormones. Only doctor may decide is it necessary to increase artificially testosterone rate or not.  Excess amount of testosterone may lead to drastic consequences for the body (potency loss, infertility).

That is why you should not strive for Arnold Schwarzenegger look because this is harmful for your body. It is better to get athletic body with long trainings in the gym instead of using hormones and then for years to suffer from that.

In order to increase testosterone rate naturally a male should consume daily coarse-grained bread, brown rice, green leaf vegetables, celeriac, cheese, tuna, chicken breast, sea foods, vegetable oil. Vitamin B is needed. Consume less alcohol and meat products. You should sleep not less than 8 hors daily, have regularly morning sex, walks and make regular exercises.
