Andropause (Male Menopause)


Why men drop testosterone levels with age?
In blood appears specific protein binding sex hormones and this leads to testosterone lowering. It results in late onset hypogonadism.

Natural testosterone drop may be stopped but you have to work at it. How? Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't gain weight, make regular exercises, lead a healthy lifestyle. It is difficult to follow all these directions, but you must make every effort to achieve great results.

Late onset hypogonadism also is called andropause or male menopause.
As in females, this condition is showed with the next symptoms:
  • hot flashes
  • hyperirritability
  • fatigue
  • insomnia
  • depression
  • heart pains
  • poor libido
  • increasing abdominal fat
  • breast increase
  • decrease of hair growth on face
