Male Orgasm Difficulties

Inability to achieve erection or maintain it is most important problem that may disturb a man. Obsolete term "impotence” reflects feelings caused by this failure. When considering sexual functioning, this term is almost useless because it means any erection failure – from an accidental case having a simple cause to total inability to achieve erection under any circumstances.

Sometimes it is difficult to achieve erection and maintain it, especially after hard drinking or as a result of great fatigue. Such moments occur in most males. However, if those episodes became rather a rule than an exception, you should address to the doctor because this may have a medical explanation.

You should go to a doctor if you never achieved erection. The problem may have a physical cause. However, physical and hormonal causes of erection difficulties meet rarely. In most cases permanent fiasco has psychological cause. The problem may appear as a result of feeling guilt suggested in childhood or teenage, or may be developed as a result of monotony in long-term relationship.

Probably, most often this problem may occur if one or two non-significant episodes suddenly become a trouble about male sexual abilities. Male condition which usually is called “troubling about the result”constricts the ability to achieve or maintain erection.

Sometimes you could not achieve erection when you wanted it or you achieved partial erection, or you lost it in critical moment. This occurs when you are not disposed to sexual intercourse or your partner not attracts you very much.
Sometimes natural anxiety prevents from achieving erection. This anxiety may be caused by nervousness because of new relationship or feeling of guilt because of illegality of relationship.

Temporal failures have sense only when you have sticked to yourself the label of “impotent” or when you let compulsive thoughts about possible fiasco in future take roots.

Short-Term Intercourse

Short-term sexual intercourse is an intercourse which lasts short period of time but the problem cannot be called premature ejaculation and its duration does not satisfy both partners.

Usually such intercourse lasts from 2 to 10 minutes during which woman cannot achieve orgasm and man does not feel inner satisfaction. This disorder can hardly be called a disease, however, for the improvement of environment  within a couple it is desirable to improve the situation.

It is still unclear what causes make partners be unsatisfied with sexual intercourse duration. In some cases it has the same causes as premature ejaculation which is showed in a lesser degree.

Not in any case of short-term intercourse it is possible to render a significant assistance to a man. Certainly, if doctor manages to make a given diagnosis, for example, chronic inflammation of seminal vesicles or hypersensitive glans then it would be easier to solve the problem.

In case when the cause cannot be established it is worth trying to increase sexual intercourse with special techniques. About them we will talk in the next article.

How To Get Hard Erection? Part One.

Special exercises may help to solve your problems with erection. Before making exercises you should prepare enough. In this post (part one) you will get recommendations helping you to prepare yourself. Then in part two you will find the exercises.

There are some moments about mind and body that can be used to achieve a good erection.
1. Attitude
You should start with your attitude and sexual awareness. Do not force yourself to erection during an exercise. When you make exercises pay more attention on arousal level and not on erection itself You will see that erection is not a center of sexual energy but erection is just its form.

2. Habits
After analyzing your attitude you should take stock your habits. Are you eating too much? Are you smoking, consuming much alcohol and taking drugs? If the answer is “yes” then these will be the cause of erection problems. After you get rid of bad habits you will see the changes in erection and generally in your sexual life, it also may help you to feel new emotions, and as a result your self-esteem will be increased.

3. Medical indications
Do you have chronic diseases that may affect erection? Diabetes, prostate diseases and disturbed circulation are most common diseases that may cause erection problems. Also, medicines may be the cause of erection problems.

4. Feelings
Finally, think about your feelings. Do you feel depression, stress or anxiety? You fell unhappy with your partner or you feel increasing estrangement? Your relationships are problematic? If your answer is “yes” then it is clear why you cannot achieve erection.

5. “Spying”
Do you “spy”? The talk is about looking at your penis and worrying about erection.  Pot on which a man looks, never boils. With the penis is the same thing. Looking at penis will not make him stand.

6. Pubococcygeal muscle
In addition to a set of physical and emotional problems that affect erection there is a possibility that during sexual intercourse you may do something that disturbs erection. Unconscious or conscious pubococcygeal muscle deformation during arousal may disturb erection. During arousal a man may reflexly constrict muscles of legs, abdomen or buttocks. Some men do this because they think it may help to achieve erection. However, happens contrary thing because the blood needed for erection flows into contract muscles. Long muscles of the body literally steals the blood that could be used for erection.

In other words, erectile dysfunction is a persistent inability to get erection, necessary for a normal intercourse. Erection is a difficult process in which are involved emotions, circulatory system and three independent parts of nervous system.

How much dangerous is erectile dysfunction?
Erectile dysfunction usually signalizes about serious disorders in the body.

Erectile dysfunction causes
There are many causes of erectile dysfunction, which can be divided into six groups;
1. Psychological. As specialists say, in 10-20% of cases of erectile dysfunction play role such psychological factors as stress, anxiety, feeling of guilt, depression, low self-esteem and failure in the bed.
2. Taking medications. Smoking, alcohol and taking drugs leads to hypoactive desire. Taking different medications such as antidepressants, ataraxics, allergy medicines, blood pressure lowering medications may negatively influence on erection.. Ask your doctor if there are such medications among medications you take.
3. Vascular diseases, blood circulation disorder. In atherosclerosis, the artery walls become less elastic. This can lead not just to heart attacks and blood-stroke, but also to problems with blood supply in penis.
4. Neurological diseases. On human nervous system can have negative influence diabetes, traumas, spinal cord diseases, prostate gland operations.
5. Endocrine problems. The level of testosterone can be lowered because of endocrine disorders and other diseases, for example, because of liver cirrhosis.
6. Penis traumas or penis diseases. Erectile dysfunction can be caused by Peyronie's disease or priapism. In the first case, for some unknown reason, occurs proliferation of tissues of penis and as a result penis deformation. Priapism is a long erection, little by little getting down sexual function. One more reason for priapism development are injections increasing erection. In case of appearing of painful erection immediately go to the doctor.

Diagnostics
Feeling of displeasure with erection is a reason to undergo medical examination which will help to reveal possible causes of erectile dysfunction. Many men have erection during sleep. If night erections do exist for a long time then emotional causes are excluded.
