How To Get Hard Erection? Part One.


Special exercises may help to solve your problems with erection. Before making exercises you should prepare enough. In this post (part one) you will get recommendations helping you to prepare yourself. Then in part two you will find the exercises.

There are some moments about mind and body that can be used to achieve a good erection.
1. Attitude
You should start with your attitude and sexual awareness. Do not force yourself to erection during an exercise. When you make exercises pay more attention on arousal level and not on erection itself You will see that erection is not a center of sexual energy but erection is just its form.

2. Habits
After analyzing your attitude you should take stock your habits. Are you eating too much? Are you smoking, consuming much alcohol and taking drugs? If the answer is “yes” then these will be the cause of erection problems. After you get rid of bad habits you will see the changes in erection and generally in your sexual life, it also may help you to feel new emotions, and as a result your self-esteem will be increased.

3. Medical indications
Do you have chronic diseases that may affect erection? Diabetes, prostate diseases and disturbed circulation are most common diseases that may cause erection problems. Also, medicines may be the cause of erection problems.

4. Feelings
Finally, think about your feelings. Do you feel depression, stress or anxiety? You fell unhappy with your partner or you feel increasing estrangement? Your relationships are problematic? If your answer is “yes” then it is clear why you cannot achieve erection.

5. “Spying”
Do you “spy”? The talk is about looking at your penis and worrying about erection.  Pot on which a man looks, never boils. With the penis is the same thing. Looking at penis will not make him stand.

6. Pubococcygeal muscle
In addition to a set of physical and emotional problems that affect erection there is a possibility that during sexual intercourse you may do something that disturbs erection. Unconscious or conscious pubococcygeal muscle deformation during arousal may disturb erection. During arousal a man may reflexly constrict muscles of legs, abdomen or buttocks. Some men do this because they think it may help to achieve erection. However, happens contrary thing because the blood needed for erection flows into contract muscles. Long muscles of the body literally steals the blood that could be used for erection.
