The inflammation of seminal vesicles is called vesiculitis. Seminal vesicles are a part of male reproductive system which do accumulate sperm cells and other components of sperm. They are located behind prostate gland. Seminal vesicle muscles get compressed during ejaculation and all their contents move to the back of urethra.
In most cases vesiculitis is associated with prostate gland inflammation called prostatitis. In seminal vesicles inflammation their tissue becomes sensitive to irritations, so ejaculation may be caused even by insignificant excitement.
Signs of premature ejaculation connected to vesiculitis:
- problems with ejaculation occur from time to time, i.e. sexual intercourse may last an acceptable time, but sometimes may end prematurely;
- premature ejaculation is developing gradually and with all this previously man had no problems with ejaculation before the disease onset;
- ejaculation may occur not only at once after penis entering into vagina but also during arousal, and besides this, a slight arousal may be enough to cause premature ejaculation;
- each eventual intercourse lasts longer than the preceding one;
consumption of alcohol prevents from quality improvement of sexual life and even significantly aggravates it;
- orgasm is felt not so strongly as without vesiculitis, ejaculation may be painful, and sexual intercourse gives no pleasure;
- usage of condoms and lubricants do not help to prolong sexual intercourse. Besides this, sprays with anesthetics do not help to improve the situation.
